I don't know why you say goodbye, I say hello.
Another year, another generation gone. Gone; propelled off into the open oceans to test their luck in the sea that is the world.It's odd because I'm even more sad this year to see 2012 part ways with 2013 than I was to see 2011 leave. I suppose it is justified, though. After all, these are the individuals whom we've had more contact with, more classes, more laughs.
But the world's a smaller object than we think it is. And thus, although I will miss them greatly, I also look forward to seeing them again in another time and place.
